Reflection
It’s the last day of the month and the last day of renting an apartment. As I get ready to finish the last bit of cleaning before I had over the keys, I can’t help but reflect on where I’ve been and where I’m going. It’s been 8 years in this Apartment and tomorrow starts a new chapter in my life.
Today I went to the post office and applied for my passport. Every step along the way was full of challenges and obstacles making this a tough and difficult task to complete. Below is a video telling you the story of what I went through to get this done.
I had all I could do to get this uploaded today. I wasn’t feeling it this morning. I was not focused when recording and that made editing a nightmare. Trying to make this flow and keep peoples attention was difficult. But anyway, here it is! This week was all about the Wonky 9 Patch quilt. Be on the look out for a video showing you how I put that together later this week!
Eclipse – Going out and seeing the eclipse on Monday was really exciting – I felt like a kid again! I can’t wait for totality to happen over my home state, MAINE, in a few years.
This week has been a lazy week. I’m on some intense projects at work so when I got home every day this week I was mentally exhausted. So with no energy to do anything means not a lot happened this week.

Vacation is over. And man, I’m not ready to go back. While it’s been nice not being on a time schedule, I don’t feel like I got the rest I needed. All vacations I take from here on out will last two weeks, this single week vacation is just not long enough.
It’s Sunday again and I’m on vacation! I tell ya, I could not be happier that my vacation is finally here. And for once I actually have a whole bunch of stuff planned! Normally I take vacation and I end up sitting around my apartment and watching TV. Now I did that yesterday but I pretty much have plans for the rest of the week.
